The Beatitudes of a Pilgrim

Beatitudes of the Pilgrim

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when the Camino opens your eyes to the unseen.

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when what concerns you most is not arriving, but arriving with others.

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when you discover that a step backward to help another is more important than a step forward.

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when you discover the joy in living the present moment.

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when you have no words to give thanks for all the wonders of the Camino.

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when you search and find Him, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Blessed are you pilgrim, when your Camino is rich with prayer and encounters with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Blessed are you, pilgrim, when you discover that the end of the Camino is truly a beginning.
